The "out" line from the FEL goes to the back line of the take off manifold. If this is the case I've included some pics to help you out maybe. I think what you might be referring to is that you may have added an FEL or some other implement. Only when there is a call for activation of a hydraulic component does the system pressure increase to around 1500 psi (mechanics out there please forgive me if my memory on these numbers is not exactly accurate!) This being said, there is only one way to hook up a supply and return for the hydraulic pump on these tractors unless you have some kind of an add on hydraulic system i'm not aware of. That means under no load that there is always about 60-70 psi in the supply and return side. Remember, these little Iseki/Bolens tractors have an "open center" hydraulic system. Never attempt to do the mowing operation without the discharge cover in place or with the cover left open.I'm sorry Ed but i'm not exactly sure what you mean by "supply and return". During operation, never allow anyone, espe- cially children, and animals to be in the vicinity of the lawn mower.
When the lawn mower is running, stay away from the discharge opening, the cutting unit(s), and all moving parts. If you would like not to collect the cut glass in a collector, equip an op- tional discharge cover for collector. Never mow grass without the collector, or the lawn mower scatters grass, stone and other flying debris, which is very dangerous. Be sure to operate the lawn mower equipped with a standard mower deck and collector. Especially when operating the lawn mower under extremely hot, cold, or humid cir- cumstances, set up an operation schedule or method which will ensure operational safety.
A tight plan may result in unexpected accidents. Set up an operation plan with sufficient time al- lowance. FOR SAFE OPERATION 2.īEFORE STARTING THE LAWN MOWER 2.1.
